In its first year, AJE Partners scored numerous wins for its clients. The firm played a significant role in minimizing the pain of budget cuts for the developmentally disabled, formed a collaborative of clients to lobby the federal government on child welfare reauthorization, and helped secure over $1million in unpaid invoices for a group of non-public schools. The firm organized the 3rd Annual Young Women’s Health Conference for over 100 local high school girls, and helped a trade association of specialized grocers combat unfair state regulations, and brought a school district and its teacher’s union to the table to break their budget stalemate. AJE Partners also helped a number of large group home providers on issues from community relations, to regulatory reform, access to low interest state loans, and contract negotiations.
